1. Place the inner bevel faces of the two gaskets opposite each other and between the nut and the connecting material.
2. After the nut is tightened, the radial convex surface outside the lock washer is in occlusion with the contact surfaces at both ends, and the slope Angle of the inner bevel surface of the lock washer is greater than the thread Angle of the bolt.
3. When the bolt is stretched due to mechanical vibration, the nut will rotate and loosen accordingly. Because the friction on the radial convex surface of the outside of the lock washer is greater than the friction between the inner bevel teeth. In this state, only the relative dislocation between the inner bevel teeth is allowed, and a certain lifting tension is generated.
4. When the bolt shrinks, the bevel tooth surface of the washer will make the nut return to the original position, thus achieving a 100% anti-loosening and tightening effect.
5. Washers are suitable for relatively flat and smooth surfaces.
6. If the connection material is non-metallic, a metal plate can be fixed on the connection material so that the lock washer can be used.
