After the normal torque is 550 to 650Nm, the nut will be stressed evenly. Too tight torque will also easily cause early damage to bolts and nuts. It is necessary to replace the failed spring washer, the cracked flat washer, the positioning ring and the severely worn steel ring with the screw hole in time. The deformation of the inner ring can be repaired. If the fastener is found to have more than 3 threads damaged, then it must be replaced to ensure that the vehicle’s wheels are positioned and tightened.
4. If conditions permit, after the replacement of the tire, the company or organization unit can return the vehicle to the warranty factory to tighten it again after the vehicle travels 50~100Km to ensure the fastening of the tire screws.
5. Choose high-quality hub bolts. Don’t buy inferior products just because they are cheap. The air pump should be maintained regularly to eliminate the water and oil in the air reservoir and reduce the erosion of the oil and water on the steel ring and tire body. At the same time, it is necessary to check the technical performance of the tire dismantling machine regularly, so as not to have insufficient torque. If conditions permit, it is best to use pneumatic or electric torque tools, so that the force is uniform.
6. In vehicle driving, if the wheel has abnormal noise or the body shakes from side to side, it is necessary to stop for inspection and eliminate hidden dangers. If the hub bolt breaks, do not lash the direction and emergency braking, but grasp the steering wheel, slowly slow down and stop, and then take corresponding measures to deal with it.
