Procedure for using triform blind rivets:

Drill a Hole: Using an appropriately sized drill bit, create a hole through the materials you want to join. The hole size should match the diameter of the Triform blind rivet.

Insert the Rivet: Insert the Triform blind rivet through the hole in the materials to be fastened. Ensure that the flange end of the rivet (the side with the triangular head) is on the side where you want the visible surface to be.

Use a Rivet Tool: Place the rivet gun or rivet tool over the mandrel (the exposed stem) of the rivet. Make sure it engages securely with the rivet. The rivet tool should be designed for the specific type and size of Triform rivet you are using.

Squeeze or Pull: Squeeze the handles of the rivet tool to activate it. This action causes the mandrel to pull, expanding the body of the rivet inside the hole. The body of the rivet compresses against the materials, creating a tight, secure connection.

Break Off the Mandrel: As the mandrel is pulled, it will eventually break off at a predetermined point, leaving a clean, finished appearance. The mandrel remnants may fall out or remain inside the rivet, depending on the design.

Inspect the Connection: Once the riveting process is complete, inspect the connection to ensure it is secure and that the materials are held tightly together. Ensure that the head of the rivet is flush with the surface or countersunk, depending on the design.

Repeat as Necessary: Repeat the process for additional Triform blind rivets if you are fastening more than two materials or if more rivets are needed for structural integrity.
