Use Method And Precautions Of Hydraulic Nut

1. Fill up the hydraulic fluid before using the hand pump. The filling port is at the back end of the hand pump. Open the nut and fill it with oil. When pressurizing, press the handle above the pump up and down, and lock the handle of the unloading switch on the right side of the pump clockwise; When relieving pressure, turn the handle counterclockwise. The left side of the manual pump is connected to the pressure gauge, which can be used to observe the pressure indication when pressurizing. The front end of the manual pump is connected to the oil hose.
2. The hydraulic nut is composed of a nut body, a pressure ring, an oil filling port, and an oil discharge and exhaust joint. Clean the appearance of the nut before use. Screw the nut into the workpiece and lock the nut. The pressure ring should be in its original position. Then insert the oil filling hose interface of the manual pump into the oil filling port, lock the unloading switch handle on the right side of the manual pump, and slowly pressurize. At the same time, turn the vent cap on the upper part of the oil discharge exhaust joint inward to vent until the air in the nut is drained. When clean hydraulic oil flows out of the nut, loosen the vent cap outward to close the check valve. Continue to apply pressure to oil, so that the pressure ring is pushed out to achieve the purpose of compression until the pressure is to the purpose of compression you need. Loosen the handle of the unloading switch and release the pressure hose connector of the hand pump.
3. The release nut will rotate the oil discharge and exhaust joint inward until the hydraulic oil flows out, and then slowly loosen the nut.
4. Do not apply pressure to the nut before screwing it into the workpiece to lock it. This will prevent the pressure ring from escaping. When not in use, please drain the oil from the nut and return the pressure ring to its original position for the next use. In addition, butter should be added to the threads to prevent rust.
