Usage characteristics of flange nut:

Pipe distribution: use a pipe cutter or grinding wheel cutter (cutting sheet should be dedicated) to vertically cut the stainless steel pipe according to the required length, repair the clear end of the head burr, and round it;

Welding: The left and right conical flange flanges (with grooves, especially for the embedding of bilateral flange gaskets) are respectively connected with the two pipe ports to be connected, and welded by TIG welding;

Gasket: double flange gasket lining between the left and right flanges;

Fastening: Clamp the two flanges, and then clamp the flange or tighten the handle with fastening screws (hex bolts) (one end of the external thread is connected with the thread in the handle, and the other end is connected with a fixed rivet).
