How to install anchor bolts? There are two common methods, the one-time embedding method, and the reserved hole method.

One-time embedding method: when pouring concrete, the anchor bolts are embedded. When the tower is controlled by overturning, the anchor bolt should be buried at one time.

Reserved hole method: After the device is installed, clean the holes and place anchor bolts into the holes. After locating the equipment, it is poured with non-shrinkage fine stone concrete one level higher than the original foundation, and then tamped and compacted. The distance between the center of the anchor bolt and the edge of the foundation should be not less than 4d(d is the diameter of the anchor bolt), not less than 150mm(not less than 100mm when d≤20), and not less than half of the width of the anchor plate plus 50mm. When the above requirements cannot be met, appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen them. The diameter of the anchor bolt for the structure should not be less than 20mm. When subjected to seismic action, double nuts should be used to fix, or other effective measures to prevent loosening. However, the anchoring length of the anchor bolt should be increased by 5d than that of the non-seismic anchoring length.
