Its main structure is a double nut reverse thread fastening device to prevent loosening.

It is mainly composed of positive and negative double thread screw, clamp nut, positioning pin, and stop nut, among which the clamp nut and limit nut turn opposite.

The double screw is divided into a forward thread section and reverses thread section. The reverse thread section is at the top of the screw and is small in diameter.

A plurality of circular arc-shaped grooves are arranged on the side of the fastening nut near the limit nut, and the direction of the grooves from shallow to deep is opposite to the direction of tightening the limit nut.

The dowel pin is divided into two parts, one is the rigid end, the other is the elastic end.

When using, first set the fastening nut with an arc groove, and stop when reaching the specified torque.

At this time, put the positioning pin into the blind hole of the limit nut, and then cover the top of the screw.

With the rotation of the limit nut, the elastic pin will slide from the deep end to the shallow end until it slides out to meet the next notch, and so on until it is locked. At this point, the positioning pin will be stuck into the groove of the fastening nut, so as to realize the self-locking function.

In case of vibration, the fastening nut will rotate in the direction of loosening, and the deep end of the groove will exert a force on the dowel pin, causing the limit nut to rotate in the same direction. The limit nut is squeezed in the tightening direction so that the fastening nut rotates in the tightening direction and self-locks.

Compared with the common double nut fastening, this method can realize the mutual locking function of the forward nut and the reverse nut, so as to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical fasteners in the vibration environment.
